Ranger II is a continuation of the partnership between the City and EZ Blockchain and the 2nd of three planned sites within the City. This partnership allows the City to utilize its energy capability that would otherwise sit idle.
The site required extensive preparation to remove trees and level the ground to make it suitable for the Smartboxes™.
Because of the grade of site, our team needed truckloads of dirt to level the site. In some places, the new grade is ~12 feet above the previous grade. We could accomplish this in only two weeks by working with our previous contractor from Ranger I.
Even with the extra site work needed, EZ Blockchain worked with the City, contractors, and the customer to deliver a top-notch mining site on time.
