Objective

One of the most critical project objectives was to generate jobs and revenue for the local community, especially the new tech-savvy generation (Gen Z), alongside developing mining projects in South Carolina.

Challenges

One of the EZ Blockchain main strategies is to develop the projects as mobile as possible, reducing the construction, installation, and commissioning costs, and reusing materials efficiently, leading to not only cost-effective projects but also protecting the environment, ultimately.

Solutions

To achieve this goal, layouts were redesigned, and precast pads were used in place of the earlier designs, shortening the project completion durations and construction costs.

This way, we committed to continuous improvement, co-intelligence, and try to build our projects environmentally friendly.

Conclusion

As the first project out of four in this location, we will use the unique lessons learned that have been gained to improve the efficiency of the rest project, reducing the return-on-investment duration for the projects continuously and project by project.
